Tall, lanky, and with a poofy golden 'fro, Crisis is ultimately a fairly unremarkable human. Perhaps this is why so few see him in this form at all. The majority of the time Crisis is seen inside his signature mech suit - even during otherwise mundane situations. The mech is rather squarish and boxy with a sandy-yellow paint job. At just over 12 feet tall and weighing several tons, Mech Crisis is rather difficult to miss in a crowd.
Snarky and sarcastic, but ultimately fairly neutral in temperament. A lone mercenary, Crisis holds few loyalties and is most likely to side with whichever party is the more interesting...or pays the most.

Though there is a human piloting the machine, Crisis spends so much time within his mech that he seems to believe that he, himself, is the machine. It is as much his body as it is his home, a shell he rarely ever leaves.

This character predates IGNOLand's current canon. Below are some facts known about them written from an OOC perspective.

Crisis was most active during the Invisionfree era, in which Karma was seen as the Kaiser of all IGNOLand. During this time he was most often loyal to her, despite his stance as a supposedly-impartial mercenary. At the time he held his own plot of land called The Foundry, which he described as follows:

The Foundry
My little province is a neighbor of both the Cliff, and AibouLand. It's called Foundry, and all the military hardware for the not so non-violent aspects of the region is produced here. The population is rather small, being exactly equal to the number of organics visiting the area. The actual production floors are buried several hundred yards underground, with only 1 access shaft to allow organics to access it. The other 3 shafts have bio-filters that are set to remove all possible contaminets from the area that do not emit an IFF signal. there is one for skimmer class vehicles, one for infantry type light mechs, and one for super-heavy class seige engines. The Foundry uses the formula E=MC2 to create matter from nothing but raw energy (M=E/C2) ... We currently maintain good relations with both the regional super power (The Blood Country purchases more chainswords and rocket chainsaws then you might think for a peace loving country), and the neighboring regions. Both the Cliff and AibouLand purchase staggering amounts of rapid fire plasma weapons, disruption field weapons, and various bladed implements of stabbing. As a way to show that we're not all about war, we also export various cookies and muffins to help seal deals.

As Crisis is no longer active The Foundry has been retconned out of IGNOLand, much like Crisis' existence in general. It may however be presumed that he is still out there somewhere, having simply moved on as a mercenary in parts unknown.

The reason for the confusion between 'sentient mech' and 'human in a mech suit' is twofold. While Crisis was almost always acting in his mech body, there were one or two times that he implied that he was just piloting a machine...however, there are other instances where he insinuates that he is actually a self-aware mech. The confusion only mounted when I began making sprites of the IGNO characters, basing the Crisis sprite (due to considerable lack of robot portraits in Fire Emblem) on Crisis' IRL appearance. Since this sprite has gone on to represent his character for the sake of simplicity, it came to be assumed that he was a normal human piloting a sufficiently advanced - possibly even somewhat sentient (like in the vein of an Eva unit) - mech suit.

The Crisis mech is fitted with numerous heavy artillery weapons. He can also send out drone robots for various purposes.

Perhaps most amazingly of all is Crisis' ability to perform ordinary everyday tasks from within the 12-foot tall mech suit, even those that one would assume would require manual precision.

Karma
Though she was admittedly known to pay well, Crisis was particularly loyal to the Blood Kaiser.
Aibou
Frequently allowed the bunnygirl to hitch a ride on the mech.
Lemmy
Crisis was always ready to make snarky quips about the mermaid prince and conspire against him, like the other IGNOites.
