Bradios Banks is a floating continent that hovers 8,000 feet above the mainland, roughly over IGNO City. Originally a piece of the IGNOLand continent that was dislodged and raised into the sky by Bradios' machinery as his personal bastion, it has since become the capital of
the Neutral Nation and acts as a safe haven for those who identify themselves as Neutral. The landmass is divided roughly in half between the Neutral-friendly residential areas and Bradios' mountain base and factories.
